NJ Barker is a graduate of the Faber Academy and is drawn to stories involving groups of people discovering they are trapped and forced to play within the rules or face the consequences. 

His debut thriller, The Honesty Index, has been a category bestseller in the UK, US and Australia.

NJ Barker is working on his fourth standalone thriller as well as book two of the Kennedy Logan Thrillers series.

He lives in Kent together with his wife, son and their two cocker spaniels.
