Thriller Author
Welcome to my website.
I write thrillers in which people are forced to play by other people’s rules. But, as we all know, rules are made for breaking.

The Catastrophe Test:
It’s a page turner! Sincerely, I couldn't put it down and I really enjoyed it. It trots along with suspense and energy - it's got a real contemporary thriller vibe and I would definitely watch it on the telly! The narrative led you in from the get-go. I was intrigued and that kept me reading on. Sort of reminded me of Lee Child's Jack Reacher - which I also love.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Catastrophe Test. The opening was terrific: just enough background information to go with the threat level, which combine to draw the reader on. The rest of the narrative keeps the air of mystery around Kennedy's background, while firmly establishing her character and intelligence. It's such a good set-up that it would be a shame not to allow readers to travel further into Kennedy's world.

The Catastrophe Test was enthralling and I just carried on reading to end. I have to say I found the first 30 pages of the ‘interview’ challenges mesmerising.

The Catastrophe Test: I read and enjoyed it. I liked the fast pace and thought it had tones of The Kingsman.

The Catastrophe Test is a fast-moving clever, well-written novella that will only leave you wanting more of Nigel’s writing. Utterly absorbing, this story encompasses a lot, from great premise & plotting to an intriguing central character.

I loved The Catastrophe Test. I was gripped from the first page. I loved the character of Kennedy. Strong, independent, female lead exacting justice with confidence and style. A modern, updated Equaliser!

The Honesty Index:
From the prologue, it was fair to say that I was intrigued where this might go. An unusual storyline and gripping concept that kept me hooked and nervous for the characters throughout. This goes at a healthy pace with each chapter enticingly pulling the story along. The ending was a surprise for me, and I couldn't have called it.
A promising debut, and I'm excited to see where this author takes us next with his writing.
