Five strangers receive a message from a mysterious benefactor known only as Esattore, a figure who once saved each of their lives. They are promised a life-changing inheritance. Forced into a deadly seventy-two-hour hunt, they soon realise the inheritance was never the prize. When the first body appears, trust evaporates and old secrets begin to surface, drawing them ever closer to a truth someone has spent twenty years trying to bury.
Because the worst choices aren’t the ones we make.
They’re the ones others make for us.

Early praise for The Ultimatum: “Brilliantly plotted, fast paced… What would you do if you were promised a huge inheritance — with strings attached and a 72-hour deadline? What a page turner!” — early reader review
'I read this in one sitting - just couldn't put it down. What a moral dilemma, how could anyone choose? and yet that's just what each of the characters in this book has to do. A fast -paced, twisty thriller that keeps you guessing till the last page.
